Hi, I’m Sabrina—a passionate educator and Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) with years of experience teaching at the Peel and Near North District School Boards. My journey as a teacher has been guided by one simple but powerful belief: every child deserves the chance to shine in their own unique way.

With an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Child and Family Studies, a Bachelor of Education specializing in Primary/Junior/Intermediate Education, and a Master of Education in Administration and Leadership, I’ve dedicated my life to researching how children learn best.

Through my years in the classroom, I saw firsthand how the one-size-fits-all education system wasn’t working for every student. Some children needed more personalized support to overcome challenges, while others craved more advanced, engaging work to keep them motivated and inspired.

Phoenix was born out of my desire to change that. It’s a place where students can discover their strengths, build confidence, and realize their full potential—with the right support, guidance, and encouragement tailored to their needs.
