PHOENIX is always on the lookout for awesome candidates who have extensive experience working with the Ontario Curriculum and are passionate about education.

• Must have tutoring/teaching experience working with the Ontario Curriculum.
• A Bachelor Degree majoring in math, science, French, English, or literature.
• Be available a minimum of 2 days between 4:00 pm – 8:30 pm Monday – Friday. Must also have Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm availability. 
• Availability must stay consistent for the duration of the school year.  
• OCT qualifications are considered an asset.
• BEd students and 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students are welcome to apply.

• Plan lessons & activities that are individualized to meet each student’s learning needs and goals.
• Accurately document and assess students’ academic progress.  
• Communicate with parents/guardians about their students’ academic progress.
• Attend and participate in collaborative planning sessions and professional development workshops.
• Collaboration and willingness to work within a team environment is a must.
